A request for a softer and thicker mattress can be arranged. It's advisable to mention this either at the time of booking or during check-in. Superior pool and garden-facing rooms tend to have the best WiFi connectivity.
Do the rooms come equipped with mosquito nets, or is there another way to manage mosquitoes?

Rooms are provided with a mosquito repellant machine, and the property is regularly fogged during the season to ensure a comfortable stay.
I'm traveling alone and might have a friend join. Is that acceptable? Also, is the pool operational, and is there a gym on the premises?

Solo travelers are welcome, but it's essential to enter the correct occupancy during booking or inform the management afterwards. The pool is fully operational; however, there is no gym on-site, but one is available a short walk away.
